I can't believe we've been awake for an hour and a half already. Julie didn't sleep well - she didn't like the bed. I, on the other hand, slept like the world had come to an end.
We checked out of the hotel and trekked around and through the airport to check in (along with the inevitable problems that always seem to coexist with my travels, but nothing too bad) and grabbed a quick McBreakfast.
in a few minutes we'll board our flight to Chicago, and the trip will truly have begun!
We'll write again in either Chicago or London... Stay tuned!
